My Eco System Setup
I don’t use one planner. I use a system. Each one serves a different role, and is designed to move with me through projects, travel, reflection, and administration. This ecosystem is how I think, organize and return to myself.
If you’re new to planning, Life Admin is the foundation that everything else builds from and is a great place to start.

Notebooks I keep in Rotation
Perfect Bound Notebook A5 - details
This is the notebook I reach for when I need a thinking surface that feels as considered as what I’m thinking about. Its structured enough to feel professional, but intimate enough to feel personal. This is where my projects begin before they become systems.
Perfect Bound Notebook HP Classic - details
This is what I use for my fashion journal. I’m also using vellum sheets from the Left Bound Annotation Notepad.
The pages are large enough for full spreads and handwritten notes, giving me room to think visually. I treat each page as a canvas—layering fashion collages, annotations, and ideas as they take shape.
A note on perfect bound notebooks: Perfect binding allows the pages to lie completely flat, which means there’s not physical resistance between an idea and the page. This is largely why I have so many of them.
Break Room Notebook - details
This is my alternative to a million sticky notes. Big, generous pages that let me spread out, test ideas, make lists, cross things out, and keep everything in one place. I use it when I need space to think and not a tiny corner to scribble. It’s messy, flexible, and honest.
