Notebooks

I reach for notebooks when I need a thinking surface that feels as considered as what I’m thinking about. I prefer ones that are structured enough to feel professional, but intimate enough to feel personal. Notebooks are where my projects begin before they become systems.

A note on perfect bound notebooks: Perfect binding allows the pages to lie completely flat, which means there’s not physical resistance between an idea and the page. This is largely why I have so many of them.
